-How long is the shipping?

Shipping prices and how long it will take to ship the artwork or merchandise will vary depending on location of shipping. 

Original canvas shipping in USA will take about 3-5 days. 
Fine art prints will take about 1-2 weeks.
International shipping can take about 4 weeks or more.
Please note of 1-2 weeks of preparation of orders and for custom framing process before orders are shipped out. 

Tracking of shipping will be given upon purchase of the product and you will receive tracking information through email. Free shipping for original canvas artworks are not applicable internationally.

-Are there refunds for the order?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of original purchase. After 14 days of original purchase, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Refunds will be issued after the item is returned without any damages. Please make sure the return is placed in securely packed packaging. 

-Will I receive shipping return label for my refund?

Buyers are solely responsible for the shipping return label.

Full refund will be issued once product is received. Full refund will be applied after I received the shipped product. Refunded orders from damage product will only be refunded when product will shipped back and received. Shipping return label is buyer's responsibility. Return labels will not be issued.

Please note and mandatory for return* If order for return is within 14 days with messaging and item has not been return, there must be proof of shipping tracking of product in case item is lost in delivery for a full refund. Otherwise, partial refund will be issued and 40% of price of original product, will be deducted from original sale of product.  

Please allow that item is shipped through reliable carrier (UPS 2 days shipping, UPS 3-5 days shipping, FedEx, etc. ) that offers faster shipping. The longer the shipping, the higher chance of item being lost by carrier. All return shipping is solely responsible to buyers to return original packing back for refund. 

-For International Shipping Outside of USA:

I recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of my control.
