-How long is the shipping?

Shipping prices and how long it will take to ship the artwork or merchandise will vary depending on location of shipping. Shipping in United States Take about 1-2 weeks. International shipping can take about 4 weeks or more. Please kindly anticipate a longer shipping time for international order.

Tracking of shipping will be given upon purchase of the product and you will receive tracking information through email. Free shipping for original canvas artworks are not applicable internationally.

-Are there refunds for the order?

All the purchased orders are final orders with a few exception such as damages from the product. Refunded orders from damage product will only be refunded when product will shipped back and received. Full refund will be applied after I received the shipped product. Please do note that the shipping return label is buyer's responsibility. Return labels will not be issued.

-Will I receive shipping return label for my refund?

Buyers are solely responsible for the shipping return label. Full refund will be issued once product is received.

-Are all of your artworks signed?

Yes I do sign all of my artwork pieces from art prints to canvas paintings
